Hi, I’m Dr. Anıl Eyupoğlu, a software engineer, technology leader, and academic based in Cyprus.
With an academic journey spanning England and Cyprus, I hold a Master of Technology in Information Technology and a PhD in Management Information Systems. My career has grown at the intersection of software development, institutional systems, and digital transformation.
I currently coordinate the Software Development Office at Cyprus International University, where I lead the team behind many of the university’s digital systems. We turn complex institutional needs into practical software used across the university every day.
I’m particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can improve the way organisations work while keeping people involved in the decisions that matter. This perspective shapes my work across human-in-the-loop systems, AI-enhanced student services, e-government, and e-participation, as well as my consultancy in software development, information systems, and technology management.

Software Engineering Intern
Participated in the multidisciplinary PAF internship team, where interns from different units collaborated to design and launch a customer campaign. The campaign was positively received by the company and later introduced to the market.
Website Management
Created and managed the business website, coordinated the later development of its e-commerce platform with an external provider, and contributed to content, integration and implementation activities.
